This page explains what we collect when you visit askivan.com, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are

askivan.com is run by AskIvan, LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 6396 SW 96th Street, Miami, FL 33156. Questions about this page go to ivan@askivan.com.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address, the time you signed up, which part of the page you were on, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you used. That is what lets us send you the launch invitation and know which post or message brought you.

If you only visit, we count the visit. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records the page viewed, the referring site, your country, device type and browser, without cookies and without identifying you.

A small cookie from HubSpot, the system we use to keep track of conversations with people who ask to talk to us, links your visits to your waitlist signup once you join. Until you sign up it knows you only as an anonymous visitor.

What we do with it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not send a newsletter unless you ask for one.

Who helps us

A few services hold data on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms: Vercel (hosting and visit counts), Supabase (the waitlist database), Resend (sending email), HubSpot (contacts and scheduling), and Slack (a notice to us when someone signs up). All are based in the United States.

Your choices

Write to ivan@askivan.com and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, usually within a few days. Leaving the waitlist is the same email. Your browser can block the HubSpot cookie without affecting the site.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and we say what changed here.
